Anchorage Homes Anchorage Homes is located on Edwards, E. 24th, E. 25th , Anchorage Drive and Winters Drive. The complex consists of 200 units for general occupancy. *The development consists of three groups of units*
Anchorage Homes I 60 units constructed in 1961. 27 of these units has recently been renovated including electrical upgrades and laundry room addition. Currently 9 units are undergoing renovation. Anchorage Homes II 100 units constructed in 1963. 33 of these units has recently been renovated including electrical upgrades and laundry room addition. Currently 12 units are undergoing renovation.

Granite City Commons 48 units constructed in 2009 and 2010
Oak Tree Villas 48 units of family housing constructed in 2006
